foliokin.com is an information and enquiry website for Foliokin, a property-marketing tool that turns a property pack into an interactive brochure and press-ready print editions. The site describes the product and lets you request access — it is not the product itself.

2. Using the site

You may browse the site and submit an enquiry for legitimate business purposes. You agree not to misuse it — including attempting to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or submit false or unlawful information.

3. Samples & illustrations

Imagery, the featured property, quotes and any figures shown are illustrative and, in places, AI-generated. They demonstrate the format and are not real client work, offers, or sourced data. Nothing on this site is financial, legal, or investment advice.

4. Intellectual property

The Foliokin name, logo, site design, copy and graphics are owned by Foliokin and may not be copied or reused without permission. Anything you submit through the enquiry form remains yours; you grant us permission to use it only to respond to you.

5. No warranties

The site is provided "as is" during this pre-launch period. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and product features described here are indicative and may change before launch.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Foliokin is not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website. Nothing here excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

8. Changes & governing law
