What we collect

Only what you choose to send us through the enquiry form: your name, work email, company/agency (optional), and your message. We don't run advertising trackers on this site, and we don't collect more than we need to reply to you.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, arrange a demo, and follow up about Foliokin. That's it — we don't sell or rent your details, and we won't add you to unrelated marketing lists.

How your enquiry reaches us

The form is delivered to our inbox by a third-party form service acting as our processor. Your submission passes through that service solely to reach us. When the product launches, any additional data handling will be covered by a separate product privacy policy.

Storage & retention

Enquiries are kept in our email and business records only as long as needed to respond and maintain a normal business relationship, then removed on request or when no longer needed.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted at any time — just email hello@foliokin.com. We handle personal information consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.

Changes

We'll update this note as Foliokin grows. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "last updated" date.
